All of our orders are generally posted within 3-5 days. We recommend that if your order is above £20, you select "standard tracked" as your postage option, to ensure the safe tracking of your item until delivery.

If you feel that the item you purchased was not as described or has been damaged during delivery, we accept returns and will refund the purchase amount providing that the bottle's seal has not been broken.
